采用冷态物理模拟方法研究了在吹氩工艺条件下板坯连铸结晶器内钢液的流动行为,考察了水口吹气量、水口插入深度和拉速等参数对连铸结晶器内钢液流动行为的影响,并在此基础上进行了优化设计.实验结果表明:在本实验条件下,当拉速大于0.8m/min时,水口吹气量可选择为4~6L/min,水口插入深度可选择为180~200mm。
模拟显示了结晶器内的钢液流动;
建立了软接触结晶器内的钢液流动和凝固耦合数学模型。
