酶分析法是一种生物药物分析方法。酶是一种专一性强、催化效率高的生物催化剂。利用酶的这些特点来进行分析的酶法分析,与其他分析方法相比有许多独特的优点。当待测样品中含有结构和性质与待测物十分相似(如同分异构体)的共存物时,要找到被测物特有的特征性质或者要将被测物分离纯化出来,往往非常困难。
