郭羽，杭州天畅网络科技有限公司董事长，1970年月出生，毕业于澳大利亚拉筹伯大学（LA TROBE UNIVERSITY）管理和法律学院，MBA。资深互联网行业投资人。从1995年起，郭羽开始投资互联网行业，主要包括网络游戏、行业专业网站、电子商务等。其中在1999年成功投资著名的边锋网络游戏世界，是中国最早的网络游戏投资人之一。其投资的边锋游戏，成为国内3大休闲网游平台之一。
2004年，法院裁定郭敬明的小说《梦里花落知多少》与一名叫庄羽的作者写的一本书有12处主要情节相同，有57处一般情节和语句等相似。
