蹼颈（webbing of neck,pterygium colli)是一种先天性颈部畸形。是出生后即见于颈侧，从耳后乳突部至肩峰间由皮肤和皮下组织所构成的蹼状皱襞。颈蹼属于少见的先天畸形，以女性较多，通常皆为两侧对称，偶见单侧。除蹼外，往往颈后发际线位置低下，并向前方伸展。由于颈蹼和发际线的异常，致颈部呈现短粗的现象。
