资产收购简称A. A.，又称pur-chase of assets。指企业得以支付现金、实物、有价证券、劳务或以债务免除的方式，有选择性的收购对方公司的全部或一部分资产。 在进行收购资产时，由于须特别注意被购并国家当地的法令，以免在收购之后须承受其他额外的债务或义务。 因此一般多尽量间接地由被购并公司所属国家当地法令所成立的公司来进行收购，如此可使母公司与子公司责任划分，母公司也免于该国申报所得税。
