证据的关联性，又称证据的相关性，是证据的基本属性（或称基本特征）之一。证据的关联性是证据适格的基础性条件。关联性是证据进入诉讼的第一道“门槛”。 我国大陆法学界认为，证据的关联性，指的是作为证据内容的事实与案件事实之间存在某种联系。关联性是实质性和证明性的结合。关联性不涉及证据的真假和证明价值，其侧重的是证据与证明对象之间的形式性关系，即证据相对于证明对象是否具有实质性，以及证据对于证明对象是否具有证明性。
