计算机智能(CI:Computer Intelligence)是指：利用计算机模拟人的思维方式进行推理，判断的技术. 计算机智能其实质等同于发展多年的人工智能，但严格说的话，计算机智能面更广一点，其可以不仅仅是模拟人的思维方式，还可以模拟是其它一些自然规律、定理，总体目的就是使计算机能够更加符合所要模拟的事物形态，使其凌驾与普通计算机程序执行之上，从而达到常规计算机运算不能达到的效果
