按照规定，企业的存款账户、短期借款一般都是按季计算利息，计算为每季度末月的20日，如3月20日、6月20日、9月20日、12月20日。短期借款也有按月计算的，计算日为每月20日。长期借款通常也是按季计算利息，计算日为每季度月末20日。单位撤销或转移存款账户，还清借款时，于结清账户时随时结算利息。
在每个付息日，借款人应按照每个计息期未偿付贷款金额的利率支付贷款行应计利息。
