记名股票，是指在股票上记载股东姓名或名称的股票。此类股票利于公司了解、掌握股东的人数及股票的流向，便于公司控制。但记名股票的发行和流通手续相对复杂。在我国，公司向发起人、法人发行的股票，应当为记名股票，并应当记载该发起人、法人的姓名或者名称。过户要办理过户手续。
什么是离岸公司不记名及记名股票？
发行无记名股票的，公司应当记载其股票数量、号及发行日期。
