角膜混浊（corneal opacity），指角膜透明度逐渐减低，混浊，呈灰白色，最后完全不能透视瞳孔的征象。对原发性混浊者，可使用0.5～2%依地酸钙钠溶液治疗。如混浊完全遮住瞳孔时，可考虑行角膜移植术。
