被动免疫（passive immunity）是机体被动接受抗体、致敏淋巴细胞或其产物所获得的特异性免疫能力。它与主动产生的自动免疫不同，其特点是效应快，不需经过潜伏期，一经输入，立即可获得免疫力。但维持时间短。
