由用药所致的发热称为药物热，它是临床常见的药源性疾病，药物过敏反应是最普遍的机制。药物热与一般感染性发热不同，它的特征如下：如果是首次用药，发热可经7～10天左右的致敏期后发生；再次用药发生的药物热因为发生的快，容易联想到与用药有关；药物热一般是持续的高热，常达39℃～40℃。但发热虽高，患者的一般情况尚好，与热度不成比例；应用各种退热措施（如退热药）效果不好；但如停用致敏药物，有时即使不采取抗过敏措施，体温也能自行下降。
Conclusion:Drug induced fever is a kind of drug adverse effect,and it is not rare in the clinical therapy,and five mechanisms of drug fever have been identified.
结论：药物热是一种药物不良反应,在临床上虽然有较高的发病率,引起药物热的确切机制目前尚不清楚。
