蒸腾计 po（te）tometer 为测定植物的芽或切枝吸水速度的装置。如图所示。在U形管的一端插放植物体，在另一端连接有已测定过直径的毛细管，根据毛细管内水的移动而测出不同条件下的水分吸收速度。
