菌托（拼音jūntuō）（拉丁名：volva）是大型真菌（Fungi）菌柄基部的菌幕残余，是由于菌幼体是一个蛋状物，长大后蛋状物上部破裂，被菌盖撑起，在菌盖上形成鳞片，而在菌柄基部的那一半蛋状物则残留在原位，称为“菌托”。许多伞菌都有菌托，如：鹅膏菌属（Amanita）。
