莱州省（越南语：Tỉnh Lai Châu/省莱州）是越南西北部边境的一个省。与中国山东省莱州市同名。 莱州省是越南人口最为稀少的一个省份，东接老街省，西邻奠边省，南连山罗省，北接中国云南省。
莱州是我国黄金生产基地，黄金生产能力占全国黄金产量的13.4%，占山东省黄金产量的52.7%。
