三硝基苯酚，又称苦味酸、2,4,6-三硝基苯酚，是一种有机化合物，化学式为C6H3N3O7，是炸药的一种，室温下为无色至黄色针状结晶。 三硝基苯酚是苯酚的三硝基取代物，受硝基吸电子效应的影响而有很强的酸性，因其具有强烈的苦味，又被称为苦味酸。难溶于四氯化碳，微溶于二硫化碳，溶于热水、乙醇、乙醚，易溶于丙酮、苯等有机溶剂。
