Objective To provide theoretical basis of biomechanical properties for the clinical application of human umbilical cord artery.
超声检查显示胸腺发育不全，胎儿运动减弱，还发现有单脐带动脉。
Ultrasound investigation revealed a hypoplastic thorax and decreased fetal movements. A single umbilical artery was also seen.
方法：人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞体外原代培养，传至4～ 5代用于实验。
Method:Smooth muscle cell from human umbilical artery was cultured in vitro. 4~5 th generation were took for use.
