胃纳即胃主受纳，是中医术语。 “受纳”指接受和容纳水谷。在整个消化道中，胃腔容量较大，有“水谷之海”之称，受纳饮食是胃的主要功能之一。中医爱说“纳差”就是胃口不好，饮食量少的意思。
