《肿瘤基础与临床》杂志，是由河南省科学技术协会主管，河南省抗癌协会、郑州大学、河南省肿瘤医院、河南省肿瘤研究所共同主办的肿瘤专业学术性期刊。本刊为中国抗癌协会系列杂志，国内外公开发行。本刊于1988年6月试刊，正式创刊于1990年1月，原刊名《河南肿瘤学杂志》，2006年第1期起变更为现刊名。
方法：在临床肉眼诊断的基础上，采用DP法对皮肤肿瘤进行辅助诊断，后经组织病理确诊，将诊断结果进行对照与回顾性分析。
