肾锥体位于肾髓质内的圆锥样结构。一般为15～20个。锥体的底朝向皮质，尖朝肾窦，有许多放射状条纹从锥体尖部向皮质方向扩展。条纹是由肾直小管和血管平行排列而成。
结果16例中4例表现为双肾锥体钙盐沉积症，6例表现为髓质和肾盂散在性微小结石，二者共计10例，占6 2 .5 %。
