肾俞穴，在第二腰椎棘突旁开1.5寸处。经属：足太阳膀胱经。击中后，冲击肾脏，伤气机，易截瘫。按摩肾俞穴可以缓解腰疼。 取定穴位时，通常采用俯卧姿势，肾俞穴位于人体的腰部，当第二腰椎棘突下，左右二指宽处。
