肺良性肿瘤比较少，其种类却很多，可起源肺和支气管的所有各种不同类型细胞。在各种肺良性肿瘤中，以错构瘤为最常见。绝大多数肺良性肿瘤为周围型肿瘤，常无症状，仅在X线胸部检查时被发现。只要病人情况允许，均应作手术治疗。常采用创伤小、手术安全度大的肺楔形或肺段切除术，疗效良好，患者很快即可康复。
本文报告5例同时性多发性肺良性肿瘤。
