肝固有动脉，行于肝十二指肠韧带内，位于肝十二指肠韧带的左前方分为左、右支，分别进入肝左、右叶。右支在入肝门之前发出一支胆囊动脉，分支分布于胆囊。肝固有动脉尚分出胃右动脉沿胃小弯向左，与胃左动脉吻合，沿途分支至十二指肠上部和胃小弯附近的胃壁。
