聚氨酯防水涂料是由异氰酸酯、聚醚等经加成聚合反应而成的含异氰酸酯基的预聚体，配以催化剂、无水助剂、无水填充剂、溶剂等，经混合等工序加工制成的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。 该类涂料为反应固化型（湿气固化）涂料、具有强度高、延伸率大、耐水性能好等特点。对基层变形的适应能力强。聚氨酯防水涂料是一种液态施工的单组分环保型防水涂料，是以进口聚氨酯预聚体为基本成份，无焦油和沥青等添加剂。它是空气中的湿气接触后固化，在基层表面形成一层坚固的坚韧的无接缝整体防膜。
