联盟标准是指：联盟成员企业通过协商一致，制定同一技术指标要求的企业产品标准，经标准联盟共同批准，并由国家标准化主管部门登记备案，共同使用和重复使用的一种规范性文件，其外在表现形成为企业产品标准。联盟标准通常比国家标准要高，目的是有利于规范企业间的有序竞争，提高产业的整体质量水平，促进产业结构的升级，又能进一步提升本联盟企业的行业形象。
