As the Lord your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my Lord has not sent to seek you.

For as the LORD lives who saves Israel, though it be in Jonathan my son, he shall surely die.

Swear to me therefore by the LORD that you will not cut off my offspring after me, and that you will not destroy my name out of my father's house.
