美国劳工部（英语：United States Department of Labor），是美国联邦政府行政部门之一，主管全国劳工事务，成立于1913年3月4日。主要职责是负责全国就业、工资、福利、劳工条件和就业培训等工作。主要机构有人力管理署、劳资关系署和工资、劳工标准署等多个机构：下设妇女管理局。工资和工作时间处，劳工标准局，雇工补偿局，联邦合同服从局和劳工统计局。
