理论置换比(replacement ratio)是指按喷吹燃料中C,H元素含量,并分析其在高炉内参加还原过程应代替的焦炭量计算的理论。按高炉冶炼过程中实际取代的焦炭量计算的,称为实际置换比。喷吹各种燃料的置换比,与该种燃料中C、H元素含量及该燃料在风口高温区分解吸热量多少有关。另外与各厂所使用的焦炭质量,尤其是焦炭灰分有关。
