网状系统（reticular formation），又称网状结构，将来自延髓和脑桥的信息向下投射到脊髓，在维持肌肉紧张及心脏反应中起到作用的神经元群体。它们还向上投射到整个大脑皮层而对觉醒、唤醒水平和注意产生影响。
