Objective To investigate the methods and clinical value of laparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation.
方法：行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术103例，其中左侧曲张80例，双侧曲张23例。
Methods: Among the 103 cases accepted high ligation of internal spermatic vein under laparoscopy, 80 cases had varicocele on left side, 23 cases on both sides.
