米拉日巴尊者又译密勒日巴、米勒日巴尊者，藏文མི་ལ་རས་པ。生活于1052年－1135年，噶举派上师，其本尊为喜金刚，根本上师为玛尔巴。为西藏最著名的密教修行者，是西藏许多民间传说的主角。 米拉日巴留下了八大弟子和十三个弟子。八大弟子中有五大弟子并没有传播任何教法而直接升入虚空。三个弟子留在尘世，其中有两个弟子接受并传播那若巴大师的密宗教法。 纪念文物有米拉日巴佛阁：甘肃省合作市。
著名的访问者包括阿旺朗杰在17世纪和米拉日巴。
