箱型柱 因为其形状如一个大的铁箱，因此而得名。一般钢结构上用作梁或者柱子。 具体的图纸会有所区别及变化。有的如“#”型，四边都出来的，也有的如“口”，当然也有半封口的。所以进行箱型柱的加工一定要有图纸，而且有的还要在柱里面加上一些筋板之类的。也有人用大的方矩管代替箱型柱的。但生产能力限制，往往厚度达不到要求的。大多数的箱型柱是指埋弧焊接的，三条缝中有一条要特殊焊接，难度会比较大。国内一般的钢结构厂都可以做，不过各有报价不同。
