越剧绍兴文戏时期的女班名。 1936年9月，由施银花、屠杏花等在绍兴组班。始演于绍兴千秋模范剧场，主要演员有花衫施银花、小生屠杏花、大面沈兴妹、花旦马秋霞、青衣筱玉凤、文武小生张贵卿、二面金岳妹、小丑屠岳香、文武老生裘馨安等。因其中几位主要演员系第一副女班出科，故名“第一舞台”。
