笔画输入法（俗称“百虎输入法”、“惠邦五行码”等）是目前最简单易学的一种汉字输入法。由于电脑键盘上没有“横竖撇捺折”五个笔画的键，所以使用“12345”五个数字进行对应笔画输入，故叫“12345数字打字输入法”。
主要对传统笔画输入法在编码方案、字词库构造等方而进行优化，使得用户能够运用笔画方式在于机上实现快速的文字输入。
