竹沥，中药名。为禾本科植物淡竹Phyllostachysnigra(Lodd.exLindl.)Munrovar.henonis(Mitf.)StapfetRendle等的茎经火烤后所流出的液汁。分布于山东、河南及长江流域以南各地。具有清肺降火，滑痰利窍之功效。用于中风痰迷，肺热痰壅，惊风，癫痫，热病痰多，壮热烦渴，子烦，破伤风。
