穗醋栗，是虎耳草科、茶藨子属植物，醋栗和穗醋栗含有丰富的糖，酸、维生素C，除可鲜食外，主要用于加工，可加工制成高档果汁、果酱和果酒，黑色穗醋栗可制成“黑豆果酱”、“黑豆蜜酒”。 我国黑龙江，吉林省近10几年内大规模种植，加工制成“黑加仑”外贸内销。兵团农六师109团也进行了栽培。石河子农学院园林系正在进行这方面的试验研究。
