学科：工程地质学 词目：稳定区 英文：stable region 释文：稳定区是指一个地区或某一个工程场地相对稳定的地段。稳定性评价是论证一个地区或地段地壳浅层现今稳定状态和程度。主要涉及到稳定条件和因素的识别，如区域地质环境、地壳结构、构造格局、新构造运动、火山活动、地震危害以及岩体边坡、场地的稳定性等。根据1989年国家颁发的工程地质调查规范规定，地震基本烈度小于6度、构造稳定、地面稳定，工程建筑可以不设防，建筑条件适宜的地区称为稳定区。
