称重法是对某一膳食单位消耗的食物全部称重的方法。可用于团体、家庭或个人的膳食调查，根据食物消费量计算出每人每天各种营养素的平均摄入量，调查时间为3~7天。称重法比较准确，但工作量较大，不适合大规模的调查。
