积聚，中医病名。是腹内结块，或痛或胀的病证。积属有形，结块固定不移，痛有定处，病在血分，是为脏病；聚属无形，包块聚散无常，痛无定处，病在气分，是为腑病。因积与聚关系密切，故两者往往一并论述。西医学中，凡多种原因引起的肝脾肿大、增生型肠结核、腹腔肿瘤等，多属“积”之范畴；胃肠功能紊乱、不完全性肠梗阻等原因所致的包块，则与“聚”关系密切。积聚的病位主要在于肝脾。基本病机为气机阻滞，瘀血内结。聚证以气滞为主，积证以血瘀为主。积证治疗宜分初、中、末三个阶段：积证初期属邪实，应予消散；中期邪实正虚，予消补兼施；后期以正虚为主，应予养正除积。聚证多实，治疗以行气散结为主。
