票据关系当事人，是指享有票据权利，承担票据义务的法律关系主体。根据我国《票据法》的规定，票据当事人是指在票据上签章并承担责任的人和亨有票据权利的人，包括出票人、收款人、持票人、承兑人、背书人、保证人付款人及其代理付款人等。在这些票据法律关系的主体中，他们既可以是个人，也可以是法人，还可以是国家。票据关系当事人分为票据关系的基本当事人和票据关系的非基本当事人。
