祛风除湿，祛风法之一。是用祛风湿药治疗风湿之邪留滞经络、肌肉、关节等部位，出现游走性疼痛症状时的方法。常用羌活、独活、防风、秦艽、威灵仙、桑枝、五加皮等药。 皮肤湿疹，过敏性皮炎患者大多由于禀性不耐，湿热内蕴，外感风邪，浸淫肌肤而成。由于风性疏泄走窦，湿性粘滞，热性易伤阳津，致使血燥肌肤失养，瘙痒不已。
