磨耗腐蚀，是两接触面间振动滑移引起的磨损和腐蚀介质的联合作用所产生的局部性金属腐性。 当设备或部件在下述工况条件下服役时，将可能发生磨耗腐蚀： ①工艺介质具有较强的腐蚀性； ②介质流体含有固体粒子或具有一定的流向且流速很高，或零件以一定方向高速运行。 磨耗腐蚀的形貌特征为方向性明显的花纹，有槽、沟、波纹及山谷形。
