硼化镧陶瓷;lanthanum boride ceramics 性质：以硼化镧为主晶相的陶瓷。化学式为LaB6，立方晶型，呈紫色，密度为4.76g/cm3，熔点2530℃，线膨胀系数6.4×10-6℃-1，弹性模量460GPa，显微硬度2.76MPa，耐酸碱，具有优良的热辐射性。由三氧化二镧与四硼化碳等在惰性气氛或还原气氛中高温合成六硼化镧，再按通常陶瓷工艺在氮气等保护气氛下烧结而成。主要用作电子装置的阴极及电焊机电子枪的阴极材料。
