硅整流发电机(silicon rectifying generator) 是指三相同步交流发电机。经硅二极管整流后输出直流电,是一种新型发电机。其特点是三相电枢绕组固定不动而磁场是旋转的,并由六只硅二极管进行整流。由转子、定子和硅整流装置三部分组成。转子的爪形磁极中嵌有激磁线圈,通入电流后成为磁极。定子由硅钢片叠成,其中嵌入三组定子线圈。六只硅二极管分为二组,三只压装在发电机后盖的元件板上,另三只压装在后盖上。
