石油贷款 Oil Facility：1974年至1976年间设置的用于解决石油价格上涨引起的国际收支失恒。石油贷款的资金来源IMF向盈余国家（主要是石油输出国）借人，再转贷给赤字国家。贷款的最高额度，1974年规定为份额的75%，1975年提高125%。贷款期限规定为3-7年，申请石油贷款也须提出中期的国际收支调整计划。石油贷款于1976年5月届满，共有55个会员国利用这一项目获69亿SDRs的贷款资金。
