Objective: To observe the effect of the Cizhu Pill on the sleep phase of insomnia rats.
方法分析68例健康志愿者的多导睡眠图资料，确定睡眠呼吸暂停事件发生的睡眠时相。
Methods 68 normal volunteers were studied with polysomnography to confirm the sleep stage of the apnea events.
结果表明，延迟时间反映了睡眠时相的差别，其大小与脑电复杂性和大脑的活跃程度负相关。
The results indicate that, delay time reflect transformation of sleep stages, and it's value is negative correlative with EEG's complexity and brain's activity.
