Conclusions Luteoma of pregnancy in ovary is rare,which belongs to tumor-like lesion of the ovary and easily negelacted. Therefore,luteoma of pregnancy should be distinguished from ovarian pregnancy corpus luteoma,hyperractioluteinalis,steroid cell tumor,luteinized granulosa cell tumor and Krukenberg’s tumor.
结论卵巢妊娠黄体瘤罕见,属卵巢瘤样病变,容易漏诊,须与卵巢妊娠黄体、高反应黄体、类固醇细胞瘤、黄素化粒层细胞瘤及克根堡瘤鉴别。
