病态人格，又称精神病态或人格障碍，是指一种异常的心理状况，一种心理的或情绪的异常，人格在发展和结构上明显偏离正常，以致不能适应正常的社会生活。这种人格的异常主要表现在情感和意志活动障碍，其思维和智力活动并无异常。特点是：常常会有不正常、不恰当或反社会的行为表现出来。广义上指人格障碍。狭义上指反社会型人格障碍。
