  本文以电子党务的项目管理模式为主要研究对象,注重理论研究与实证分析,提出以业主为主导,按照项目管理方式建设电子党务系统,并以“廊坊供电公司电子党务管理系统建设”为例,论证上述管理模式在实际工程中的可行性,同时提出了进一步改进和提高电子党务工程项目管理水平的建议。
