方法：采用超滤法结合高效液相色谱法测出游离药物浓度，比较未加和加入甲硝唑后头孢噻肟钠的蛋白结合率。
Method: Ultrafiltration and HPLC were employed to measure the conc. of free drug. The difference in protein-binding between cefotaxime alone and together with metronidazole was examined.
